Using Google reverse phone search is an easy and free way to find out the identity of people or companies that have been calling you. It is rather annoying to receive so many unknown phone numbers on your missed call list. Before, you did not have the chance to verify whether these are legitimate or important calls or whether these are just calls from telemarketers and pranksters. However, with the help of the Internet and search engines such as Google, it is now possible to find out from whom a phone number belongs.

How to Use Google’s Reverse Lookup

Using Google’s free reverse phone number lookup works best if you search for landline numbers or business telephone numbers. When using Google, all you need is to input the number on the search field. There are a variety of ways you can do this so you can generate exact results. You can either enclose the number in quotation marks, enclose the number in quotes along with dashes, using the plus symbol in place of the dashes, or just type the numbers with no spaces or dashes in between. With any luck, you will be able to get the results that you have been looking for.

What Information Will You Get

The Google Phonebook generate results that show the owner’s name, whether it is listed under a person or a company, the street address, and even a map link showing the exact location of the address. Bear in mind though that Google will only turn up results for numbers that are listed publicly, unlisted numbers will not show up. Some phone numbers, such as cell phone or mobile numbers and international telephone numbers might not generate any results. If this happens, you can always try to look at other sites that offer reverse cell phone lookup. The main reason why reverse cell phone lookups are becoming difficult is that there are more privacy laws being implemented that prohibit publishing a cell phone number. That is also why sites that offer these services charge a fee for a subscription to their services.

When conducting a reverse phone number lookup, your success only depends on the limitations of the reverse lookup site you are using. Using Google reverse phone search can be a quick and helpful way to find people by phone number.

With the slew of new internet technology, it’s getting harder and harder to keep your cell phone number private. There are, however, easy ways to keep your private phone number private.

There are thousands of so-called cell phone finder sites out there. And it’s almost frightening how much information they can give — it’s almost too easy these days to find someones cell phone number.

These cell phone search sites tap into public records, so all the information is legal and easy to find right online. Those public records act as a basic cell phone directory, which is exactly where you don’t want your private number to be. Unlike e-mails, you can’t just get a new phone number with no problem when it gets full of spam (telemarketers, banks, credit companies).

But an unintended benefit of Google Voice is that you can give out your Google Voice number without worrying about who is calling. It’s perfect for people who take a lot of business calls too.

Sign up for that free ATV at the mall with your Google Voice number and don’t worry about being put on some call list. You can set every call from unknown numbers to go straight to voicemail, where Google will even translate the message into text so you can read it right from your phone or email.

Put your Google Voice number on your business cards instead of your personal phone number, that way you have a business line for free, making you look much more professional than having people call to get your personal voice mail message.

So give your Google Voice number for everyone you don’t know, and you will never have to deal with telemarketers again.

Carrie [Blu-ray]

It “catches the mind, shakes it and refuses to let it go”; this is what Time magazine said about Carrie, the movie based on the best-selling Stephen King novel. Other critics like Robert Ebert; “absolutely spellbinding” and the Los Angeles Times “outrageously witty” agree. Making this one of the all time great classic horror movies. Sissy Spacek and Piper Laurie give Academy Awarded nominated performances, in this quintessential revenge story. The story revolves around a girl named Carrie (Spacek), who is cruelly and often picked on in high school. A misfit with out any friends or confidence, and who is unaware of her extraordinary telekinesis powers. But with the help of her deranged mother and masochistic schoolmates who push her to the breaking point, she unleashes her wrath onto anyone who gets in her way.
Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn [Blu-ray]
Evil Dead II is more of a remake than a sequel. Armed with a higher budget, writer-director Sam Rami was able to bring more decapitations, zombies, supernatural monsters and bloodshed. Even with these elements involved, the movie itself is a hilarious, finely tuned slapstick satire of horror films. Rami takes ever horror cliche and amplifies it with extraordinary special effects, along with jeering juvenile humor. The plot is a simple one, several teenagers go to the country for a holiday. They stay in a broken down cabin in the woods, miles from anywhere. There they discover the Book of the Dead. Soon the accidentally unleash a supernatural evil being that kill everyone. All except the character Ash. Played by Bruce Campbell, in one of the greatest frenzied feats of physical comedy every seen on film. He spend most of the film getting his body brutalized while fighting this supernatural evil. While mainly unseen in theaters, this film has become a hugely influential cult video.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre [Blu-ray]

Many people have tried to describe The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, calling it grisly, sick, perverse and raw. But without a doubt it is a movie that redefined the horror genre. Churches organized protested against it. Governments went as far as banning the movie. Only a few scant, brave critics dared give the movie any kind of acclaim. Audiences were astounded by it worldwide. Setting a new standard in terror. The writer-producer-director responsible was Tobe Hooper, who in 1974 brought us a story of five friends who face the ultimate nightmare at the hands of a psychotic Texas family. Regarded as one of the most frightening movies ever made, it is also a shining example of independent film-making.

Does all the technical jargon about digital video drive you bonkers?

Read on for a common sense explanation of digital video compression.

What is Video Compression and why bother?

Without video compression, Internet video would simply not be possible. It’s that important. Video files are HUGE. Download times for raw, uncompressed video would be so high that no one would bother, even at broadband speeds.

Compression is the process of taking the huge file and knocking the file size down while preserving a decent picture. Compression works by first analyzing the complex and detailed video signal. Portions of the signal not noticeable to the human eye are dropped. Detail and resolution are lost, but hopefully not too much. Different compression methods select differing data to lose and this causes variable results.

Often, a video signal is compressed, then when opened and played, it is decompressed and some of the lost information is restored.

Codec, what is it?

Codec is a term that combines the root words compression and decompression. What is compressed must be decompressed. To do so properly requires the machine reading the file be able to reverse the process used for compression. Hence the two go together like a lock and key and form the word codec.

Compatibility issues come up with editing software or playing devices if the compression and decompression methods are incompatible. This happens frequently and produces the joy known as the video makers headache. I don’t know any serious video maker who hasn’t struggled at one point with compression incompatibility.

Different software platforms and the file formats they produce differ, in part, by their codecs. So if incompatibility arises, it almost always can be traced back to codecs.

Rarely do you need to concern yourself with the specifics of which codec is being used when, but being aware of compatibility issues can help you slog through the video production process whenever the inevitable problems arise.

On my blog, www.videoProductionTips.com you will find more digital video glossary terms and file format definitions.

Happy video compressing!

An oscilloscope is an electronic device that helps to measure voltage against time. It represents one or more electric potential differences in a two-dimensional graph, with the horizontal axis representing time and the vertical axis showing voltage. An oscilloscope is conventionally used to locate defects in other electronic instruments or to test the circuitry in a new electronic device.

An oscilloscope converts the electric signals it receives in the waveforms into a signal that is displayed on the screen in the form of a dot. This dot moves from the left side of the screen to the right continuously, almost looking like a single line. When there are any deflections, the dot moves up or down, resulting in a wave that is interpreted and analyzed to know fluctuations in the voltage. Some oscilloscopes can show even two or more waveforms. These are used for phase comparison and timing measurements.

Some oscilloscopes are converted to a PC that not only provides the display but also supplies control interface, networking, disc storage and even the electric power. There are known as PC oscilloscopes or PC based oscilloscopes. They are becoming very popular because of the increasing use of PCs and also the low cost involved.

There are several advantages of a PC oscilloscope: lower cost; easy exporting of data to spread sheets or word processors and other PC software; customized PC programs for easy operation of the oscilloscope; the PC’s disc storage and networking functions can be used for the oscilloscope as well, instead of investing in exclusive oscilloscope software; and more portability when used with laptops.

There are also certain limitations of using a PC oscilloscope: requires special oscilloscope software; the oscilloscope has to depend on the PC, which may be much slower than the oscilloscope; difficult to transport when used with a desktop PC and there could be difficulty in using the PC’s screen for the oscilloscope’s display.

Information about PC oscilloscopes, along with their prices and product facts can be sourced from the internet. There are hundreds of sites that give information about PC oscilloscopes.

3D digital art has certainly come a long way from its obscure beginnings. Nowadays, you find it everywhere – in print, web and television advertisements, in movies, etc. But what exactly is digital art?

The technology of 3D digital art

3D Digital art is a very young field, and more research and formal training is needed before schools can offer it as a viable study. So far, 3D digital art software has managed to create impressive 3D images, but more functionality needs to be incorporated. Software developers are continuously working to delve into the vast potential of 3D digital media.

Many digital 3D artists are involved improving the application of 3D digital software’s light and shadow effects on objects. Most 3D artists also create straight from their imagination ‘surreal’ or impossible objects. Their output is often times seen in movies and on the Internet.

3D digital imaging is a long process. When you create one 3D digital face, it can literally take months – even with the help of software such as Corel Bryce 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Curious Labs Poser, Jasc PSP and other painting programs. The technique of ‘modeling’ is particularly hard to master. It takes months and sometimes years for the best digital artists to achieve ‘broadcast quality’ looks.

Spline control is another particularly complicated area of 3D digital imaging. Before going into such advanced techniques, digital art students must be well versed in the fundamentals of LightWave 3D, as well as basic modeling skills. They should be very good at selecting and modifying points and polygons, determining framing and motion paths, basic surfacing and image mapping.

Blender 3D is a powerful open source program for creating 3D models and objects. Although it is freely distributable, it is not in any way inferior to many high end commercial 3D modeling and animation programs. In fact, in the modelling department, it is surprisingly fast and intuitive to use compared to many commercial programs of the similar type.

There are two main ways of creating 3D models in Blender 3D.

The first method is by modifying from existing objects and primitives. These included tools in the Add function such as NURBS surfaces and meshes. From these objects we apply various operations. Two very useful functions are Extrude and Knife Cut. Extrude is performed by pressing the E Key on the keyboard. Knife Cut is performed by using the K Key.

The second method of building 3D models is from using curves, paths, edges and vertices. This method may employ techniques such as extruding vertices, creating faces, revolving using Spin, extrude along path or curve. A quick way to create face is by pressing the F key once the respective edit points has been selected.

For precision modelling, we can use the Snap to Grid mode. This is done by holding the Ctrl Key while snapping points. One can also use direct numerical inputs as well.

When doing 3D modelling in Blender, it is important to understand the properties of Object & Edit Mode. We will need to toggle between this two modes very often.

These fundamentals in 3D modeling are not only applicable to Blender 3D. In fact, it is valid for most other 3D applications as well. The processes are similar, only the specific keys and commands are different.

You’ve probably been trying to figure out how to sell your music on iTunes forever and never got anywhere, or, this may be your first time asking the question. Whichever person you are, iTunes can be a great place to begin as long if you have the right knowledge. I’m here to give it to you.

Bluntly, the Simplest Way
Go onto CDbaby.com and sign up. The website will distribute digital and physical copies of your music to iTunes, Rhapsody, and more. You have to pay $35 as a one-time fee for CD baby to do this for you. In addition, they will take 9% of your revenue from your music sales. This is by far the simplest way to get on iTunes. However, just because you’re on iTunes does not necessarily mean you’ll sell records. You need to know how to promote correctly for maximum exposure, thus, bringing you more income.

Promoting to Your iTunes Store
If you don’t have a website you can create a free blog at blogger.com. This is almost the same thing as having your own website except the hosting is free and your title will look similar to this: “myitunesgreatpopmusic.blogspot.com.” Blogger is very simple but if you want something simpler, create a MySpace page and promote from there. One of the keys to promoting is creating backlinks to your main page which increases your page rank in the search engines. In short, sign up with as many social networking sites you can and link them all to a main your main page. You can also do the same exact thing with YouTube by creating numerous videos with high search volume keywords for the titles, creating more video views linking back to your main page. To sell your music on iTunes, you’ll need to have an abundance of pages all linking to your store.

Selling music online & offline can be a great way to earn extra income, as long as you know what you’re doing. If you’re looking for fast and simple ways to get radio play, produce videos, build a music website, bring thousands of qualified “buyers” to your site daily, while getting music contacts, and expanding your record label, Click Here to view my page on how to sell your music on iTunes.

No worrying about shipping costs and when it will come, everything is available instantly.
